- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable for electronic notices).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate that material on the Service (for example, URLs or specific descriptions).
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may have the right to submit a counter-notification under applicable law. Counter-notices should be sent to the same address: dmca@queerspace.club. We may share counter-notices with the party who filed the original complaint, as required or permitted by law.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate or restrict accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, in line with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
Other intellectual property
For trademark or other non-copyright concerns, please email dmca@queerspace.club with a clear description of the issue and the location of the material on the Service. We will review requests in line with our policies and applicable law.
