Terms of Service
Last updated March 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QueerSpace ("we," "us," or "the Service"), including our website, apps, and related features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and will not provide false information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, doxx, or endanger others, or promote hate toward protected groups.
- Post illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors.
- Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Service for fraud, malware distribution, or other unlawful purposes.
We may investigate reports, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
3. Your content
You retain rights to content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the Service (e.g., serving your posts to followers, moderation, backups).
You represent that you have the rights to post your content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Moderation & enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law. We are not obligated to pre-screen content. Appeals may be available where we offer them in-product.
5. Third parties & links
The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueerSpace and its operators, affiliates, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where prohibited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where your consent is required by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of residence or, where we specify a jurisdiction in a separate agreement, that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.
11. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact us through the support or contact options provided in the Service or on our website. For copyright infringement notices, see our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
